Ese fue un corrido con albures, no un corrido serio. And 1925 was a short period of relative peace in Mexico because the Mexican Revolution ended in 1921 and the Cristero Revolution started in 1926 and ended in 1929.

this is bullshit there putting words in vivian maier month unless she told them what she was thinking or wrote it down there putting words in her mouth and meaning to her art that might not have anything to with the art but she not here to talk for her self this just another case of people making money off someones art so they make up this story and the meaning behind her work when in truth vivian maier was the only person who know about her art

Martin Ramirez had 3 daughters when he left for California in 1925, the only boy in the family, the youngest one, was not his biological son because by then Martin Ramirez wife had left him for another man and she got pregnant while Martin Ramirez was in California, and he couldn't father that boy being in California, so any direct descendant from Martin Ramirez cannot have the Ramirez last name. All those who claim to be Martin Ramirez descendants with the Ramirez last name (grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, etc.) are not biologically related to Martin Ramirez because he only had three daughters.

Thank you for your concern. Having successfully raised the funds to digitize Henry Darger’s manuscript, Intuit is creating access to the manuscript, making the manuscript available for study by not only collectors, but general audiences and scholars. We will soon be announcing the date of a release event for the digital manuscript.

22:58 One adjective to describe her is curious, as in very curious about the world, curious about how people and things look. When she could afford it, she paid for a big trip to see the world. When she couldn't afford it, she was still deeply curious about the world near her. Her pictures are definitely made, not taken. They are keenly observed and well composed, not casual. They appear to be a deliberate life-long art project, the result of passion and dedication, and a good deal of her resources.

It's like me I shoot 7 days week and if I shoot under 100 in my few hours in street I am a little disappointed. It's a complusion to create art or something of significance to fill your need or void. I understand her so much. In her camera could she veiw what she shot? I remember in 1982 my first camera a Canon. I went everywhere shooting images mostly in the street.
